MATHEMATICS TEACHER
EFI – École Française Internationale is a bilingual French-English school established in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, since August 2016. As a private school, EFI implements a unique bilingual program based on the French Ministry of National Education’s curriculum, integrated with the Cambridge Assessment International Education programs. This dual curriculum in French and English meets the needs of multilingual and multicultural students.
EFI shares a campus with CIS – the Canadian International School (an English-speaking school accredited by the province of Alberta, Canada), with which it has developed numerous partnerships.
As part of a maternity leave replacement, EFI is recruiting for April 2025:
• A Mathematics teacher
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- A university degree in the relevant teaching field.
- At least three years of teaching experience at the middle and high school levels, preferably in a French school abroad and in a bilingual French-English context.
- Experience teaching exam-level classes is an asset.
- A strong knowledge of the French National Education curriculum.
- Familiarity with Cambridge International programs is a plus.
- Good proficiency in spoken and written English to collaborate with English-speaking teachers and communicate with non-French-speaking parents and staff.As part of the multidisciplinary secondary team, the teacher will be responsible for preparing and implementing learning activities in accordance with EFI’s bilingual program (French National Education + Cambridge International).
