EFI’s principal, Fabrice Filachet, is a passionate educator and an experienced leader in the field of international education. Holding an advanced degree (DEA) in Biochemistry and a background as a professor of Biology and Applied Sciences, Fabrice brings EFI a unique and diverse expertise accumulated over more than twenty years of his career.

A Solid Background in France and Internationally

Fabrice Filachet began his career in 2002 as a biology teacher in a Parisian high school, where he quickly took on responsibilities as a pedagogical advisor, teacher trainer, and curriculum coordinator. In 2008, he was appointed Head of the Professional Education Section at the Saint-Vincent de Paul Group, a renowned private high school in Paris, overseeing over 550 students and a team of fifty teachers.

In 2014, Fabrice embraced international education projects, especially in Asia and the Middle East, taking on roles as project leader, program director, and country director. His journey led him to work in Cambodia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Lebanon, enriching his educational vision and intercultural approach.

A Career Focused on Innovation and Pedagogy

Throughout his career, Fabrice has implemented innovative educational projects, developing customized learning pathways and authoring school textbooks. He has also served on teacher admissions panels and contributed to exam creation. His pedagogical expertise, combined with his mastery of French National Education programs, makes him a tremendous asset to EFI.
